My name is Joni Deardorff. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Master Trainer. NASM has only certified around 100 Master Trainers in the country. I am also certified as a Specialist in Weight Loss, Performance Enhancement,and Corrective Exercise. Starting my career as a coach with Transformation Boot Camp in 2013 solidified my ambitions to work in the fitness industry, and while working at LA Fitness from 2014-2015, I gained experience and a greater knowledge about how to get results for my clients. I spent a very long time being overweight and it is now my passion to help others with weight issues.  My Specialization in Corrective Exercise taught me how to train clients with prior or current injuries and muscle imbalances. I am also very proud to be a POUND Pro, teaching classes with loud music and weighted drumsticks. My education in this fiend has been an enormous boost for my business, and I am very proud to be able to be on the path that God has laid out for me. It has given me a purpose to fulfill.
My base of operations boasts 5 unique spaces that can fill your every need. NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. Located on 121 in McKinney TX, Parkside at Craig Ranch has everything I need to help you reach new fitness levels. I am now booking sessions Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm. Personal Training will get you the results you want FASTER than trying to get fit on your own. After assessing your fitness level, I customize a plan just for you to get you to your goals quickly. As your trainer, I am more involved in helping clients with their diet and making sure that you stay on track. If you need to lose weight or want to put on more muscle, DIET is 95% of your battle.
